Dear all,

We, from St John Ambulans Malaysia (SJAM), Kawasan Selangor Tengah Selatan are organising a FREE Mass CPR course and Blood Donation Campaign in conjunction with the 100th Anniversary celebration of SJAM. Details of the event are as below:

Date : 30th November 2008 (Sunday)
Time : 10am - 8pm (CPR Course)
10am - 5pm (Blood Donation Campaign)
Venue : Giant Hypermarket Bandar Kinrara, Puchong (First floor, in front of Seng Heng
Electrical Trading)

Duration of each CPR class is 90-120minutes, with a new class beginning at 10.00a.m., 11.00a.m., 1.00p.m., 2.00p.m., 4.00p.m., 5.00p.m., and 6.30p.m.. Each session begins with a video presentation on CPR, followed by demonstration by our qualified SJAM trainers, and lastly a practice session for the participants. During the practice session, participants will be guided and take turns performing mock CPR on the provided CPR dummies.

All members of the public with the minimum age of 12 years are welcomed to attend this free CPR course. Pre-registration is encouraged for our administrative convenience and to secure a seat for you as the seats are limited. Our blood donation campaign is organised in collaboration with Pusat Perubatan University Malaya (PPUM), whom is facing a shortage of blood in their blood bank. So do come and support us for this good cause, as each drop of blood from you represents a brand new hope for another.
